Banchan are the small side dishes that make a Korean meal feel complete. We make our own in-house: aged kimchi (fermented our way for balance, not just heat), 腌萝卜与 sigeumchi namul (blanched spinach), and marinated bean sprouts.
All dressed with sesame oil or ghee — no seed oils — and fermented without artificial preservatives.
