Korean 煎饼 (savoury pancakes) are almost always pan-fried in cheap seed oils. Ours aren’t. We fold butter into the batter and crisp the edges in a ghee-brushed pan — slightly richer, properly Korean.
This category includes our most-ordered pancakes: kimchi jeon (fermented cabbage with spring onion), haemul pajeon (seafood with scallions), and bindaetteok (mung bean). Plus banchan and sides that round out a Korean table.
