Handmade Korean noodle dishes, cooked to order. 杂菜 — sweet-potato glass noodles stir-fried with beef and vegetables in sesame oil, never soybean oil. Jjajangmyeon — wheat noodles in a rich, slow-reduced black-bean sauce. Plus seasonal kalguksu and bibim guksu.
Like everything on our menu, cooked without industrial seed oils — butter, ghee and sesame oil only.
