Pork belly is the heart of what we do. We source Kurobuta — the same black-pig variety Korean grill houses have used for generations — and cut it thick enough to hold its fat through a hot grill. Each slice is marinated in one of our 8 signature flavours: original (salt & sesame), wine, garlic, kalbi, miso, curry, herb, or gochujang.
All marinades are built on butter, ghee and rendered pork fat — no industrial seed oils. Grilled at the table at our outlets, or delivered raw for at-home cooking.
