scrumptious slices of Mangalitza pork belly in an array of flavours.
For the beef aficionado, we serve only USDA Prime and Kagoshima Wagyu,
which is famed for its melt-in-your-mouth texture.
With a well-trained team at the full-service BBQ Korean restaurant,
diners can simply sit back, enjoy their favourite drink and conversation
whilst the food is expertly prepared for them at their table.

Wine: Wine (in moderation), lowers the risk of heart disease, and opens blood vessels for better circulation.

Original: All natural with no additives. Unveiling pork’s natural flavonoids, rich in Vitamin B1.

Ginseng: Ginseng stimulates the metabolism and promotes general wellness of health.

Garlic: Garlic lowers cholesterol and high blood pressure, and helps the body’s natural flow.

Herb: Natural herbs alleviate stress and depression.

Curry: Curry’s complex components prevent Alzheimer’s disease, as well as certain cancers.

The Mangalitza Hog


The Mangalitza (Mahn-ga-leet-za) Hog is a rare pig of Hungarian origin. Often mistaken for sheep due to their thick woolly coat, they can withstand the harsh Hungarian winter where temperatures dip to as low as -30 degrees Celsius.


Threatened by extinction in the 1990s, Mangalitza is considered a Hungarian National Treasure, and is similar to Spain’s Iberico pig.


The meat is a luscious ruby-red colour, a lot like beef.


Mangalitza fat melts at a temperature lower than regular pork fat, it is tender and juicy even after cooking!


With double the marbling of regular pork, no wonder Mangalitza is often referred to as the ‘Kobe Beef’ of pork!


Mangalitza hogs are raised for more than a year and weigh over 140kg. Their industrially bred cousins are bred for no longer than 6 months and weigh a mere 80kg.


Besides grazing in the forest and meadows, it is also fed with an all natural diet of fresh acorns, pumpkin and sugar beet.


Due to the higher levels of zinc, copper, iron and oleic acid (which is also found in olive oil), it is the perfect complement to a healthy diet!


It contains more unsaturated fatty acids, therefore it is lower in cholesterol and digests more easily.
